Lisa has many years of experience working in research and teaching laboratories both within the University of Oxford and at other universities across the UK. Her research experience includes the study of the monosynaptic excitatory connections of single trigeminal interneurons to the V motor nucleus during her time at Leeds University, and a retrospective study on the prevalence of lymphoreticular prion protein accumulation for variant CJD in human tissue whilst at Plymouth Derriford Hospital. She also spent seven years working in the Zoological Collections of the Oxford University Museum of Natural History. Lisa now provides specialised technical support for the research activities of the Magill Group and Sharott Group.
